Huntsman Cancer Institute Cyclotron Construction
The Huntsman Cancer Institute (HCI) cyclotron facility will undergo construction from mid-March 2022 to spring 2023. During this period, pedestrian, bicycle and vehicular traffic will be diverted around construction zones with alternate routing. Please read signage carefully when traveling through and around the construction zone.
Timeline: March 2022 - April 2023:
- Mid-March: Jacobsen Construction begins installing site perimeter fencing and controls for stormwater pollution prevention
- Mid-March: Construction begins with phased site utility work; total duration approximately one month
- March 2022—March 2023: Facility construction
- March—April 2023: Move-in and occupancy
