1. Click Sign up now
2. Enter your University email address, and click Continue
3. You will be sent a verification code to your email, it may take a minute so be patient. Once it arrives enter it and click next.
4. When entering your company details, put your program or department in the ‘Organization’ field, re-enter your work email, select the range that captures the Universities size (60,000+) and enter your work phone if you would like, then click next.

6. Select ‘Rides’ and click Next
7. Select ‘Employees’ and click Next
8. Choose ‘Vouchers’ and click Select
9. Enter your P-Card information, and ‘Daily billing’ will be pre-selected.
   You will be able to change this to monthly once your account has been verified as part of the University.
10. You can begin setting up your program UBER campaign, but must fill out the form below to complete registration.

To finalize your account, enter the information that matches what you entered during the initial account setup so that we can authorize you as part of the University of Utah.
