Holiday Hours & Schedule 2025
We value our staff members and understand the importance of taking a break during the holidays. Therefore, Commuter Service will modify or temporarily suspend transportation services for the remainder of the year.
FRONT COUNTER & INFORMATION CENTER
Our main office will close from Dec. 22 - Jan. 2. Our regular office and phone hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. During our closure period, phones will be available December 22-23, December 29-31, and January 2.
CAMPUS SHUTTLES AND URIDE HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
The holiday schedules for campus shuttles and URide are as follows:
- University Hospital Route Schedule (Wasatch Express, BSB-University, Shoreline, HMHI, and HCI-Shoreline)
- December 31st: regular service except BSB-University 30 minutes
- January 1st: No service
- January 2nd: Regular service
- Main Campus Route Schedule (Circulator, Red, Blue, Orange, Sunnyside, RP, Connector, URide)
- December 15th-January 2nd: Limited service (no service on closure days listed below)
- December 22nd-23rd: Circulator Route and URide only
- December 24th-26th: No Main Campus shuttles
- December 31st: Limited service
- January 1st: No Main Campus Shuttles
- December 15th-January 2nd: Limited service (no service on closure days listed below)

CAMPUS BIKE SHOP
The Campus Bike Shop will also have closures during December. The bike shop will be closed December 24-26, December 31, and January 1. Normal hours are 8:30am-4pm.

HOUSING STUDENTS LEAVING VEHICLES OVER WINTER BREAK
If you are leaving your vehicle on campus for winter break, please park in the Lot 111 covered parking garage located at 305 Chipeta Way.
