Visitor Parking

Main Campus

Pay parking lotVisitors to the University's main campus have three parking options. They may park in pay lots, at meters, or purchase a day pass or temporary permit. V Permits are available to vendors doing business with University departments and offices. Occasional parking for permit holders from other state universities is allowed. Please see restrictions below. Meters and Pay by Phone stalls are patrolled from 8 AM to 8 PM year round. Visitor pay lots are open at 7 AM daily and closing times may vary.

NEW Lot 12 (Business Loop) Visitor Pay Lot

Starting August 24th, 2015 the lot 12 (Business Loop) visitor pay lot will use a “Kiosk” system to purchase parking. No more gates or booth attendants. When you enter the lot you will park in an available stall, write your license plate number down, and proceed to 1 of 5 kiosks to begin your parking session. You will be given the option to input your phone number during the transaction. This will allow you to be notified when your parking is going to expire and give you the option to add time on your mobile device rather than going back out to the machine. Incorrect license plate entry or failure to submit appropriate payment may result in citation.

Credit Cards and “Coupons” (validations) are the only acceptable form of payment. Cash and coin payment methods are no longer valid when parking in the lot 12 pay lot.

*When using the “extend by phone” feature, a service charge of $.25 will be charged in addition to the parking rate.
